This Addendum is provided pursuant to Louisiana law and is incorporated into and made a part of the undersigned purchaser’s Terms and Conditions to purchase a Bluegreen vacation package, which Terms and Conditions are separately provided herewith. Louisiana law requires your signature below to purchase this package and provides you with the following cancellation right.

CONSUMER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL

If this Agreement was solicited at your residence and you do not want the goods or services, you may cancel this agreement by mailing a notice to Bluegreen. The notice must say that you do not want the goods or services and must be mailed before midnight on the third (3rd) business day after you sign the Terms and Conditions and this Addendum. If you cancel, Bluegreen must return all of your cash down payment. If you desire to take advantage of this vacation offer, please sign immediately below and return this signed and dated addendum along with the signed and dated terms and conditions to Bluegreen.
